Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and MoonSignal, operated by Heorhi Chukhlei, a sole proprietor registered in Poland (ul. Bolesława Prusa 24, 80-447 Gdańsk, Poland; NIP 5842834317) ("MoonSignal", "we", "us"). By creating an account, starting the quiz, or otherwise using our website and web application (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The service

MoonSignal provides self-reflection content derived from your birth data and quiz answers. It describes tendencies and behavioral patterns for your own consideration. It is not a prediction of future events, and it is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice, nor a substitute for any of those. If you are dealing with a health or mental-health concern, please consult a qualified professional.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or older where your local law sets a higher age of digital consent) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Free use and Premium

The public tools on the website are free to use. MoonSignal Premium is a paid subscription that opens your account: My Space, Today, Compatibility, your chart, and readings. What is included is shown on the page where you subscribe, before you pay.

Pricing. The current plans and prices, and whether a plan starts with a free trial, are always shown in the app and at checkout before you pay. Prices may differ by location because of local taxes such as VAT, which are added at checkout.

Who sells it. Payments are processed by Stripe through its Link service ("Stripe"), which acts as the merchant of record: it takes the payment, calculates and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt. On your card statement the charge appears as LINK.COM* MOONSIGNAL. Stripe's own terms apply to the payment itself. We never see or store your full card number.

Free trial. If your plan starts with a free trial, you are not charged during it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and the first payment is taken on the day the trial ends. Before you start the trial we show you the exact date of that first payment, and we email you 2 days before it.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (every month or every year) at the price then in effect, and the payment method you used is charged, until you cancel. For yearly plans we email you 7 days before each renewal.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time, in one step: in Account → Subscription & billing → Manage subscription, or through the "Manage order" link in the receipt Stripe emails you. Cancelling stops future payments. Premium stays available until the end of the period you have already paid for (or the end of your trial), and your account then closes until you subscribe again. Your Blueprint and saved content are not deleted.

Refunds. If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full, without conditions and without asking why — even if you have already used Premium. Details and how to ask are on our Refunds & cancellation page.

Your right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers). As a consumer in the EU or the UK you have the right to withdraw from a contract for digital services within 14 days without giving a reason. Our refund promise above honors this right in full, and it runs from your first payment rather than from the day you start a trial, so it is never shorter than the legal period. To withdraw, email support@getmoonsignal.com with a clear statement that you want to withdraw.

Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to you. The new price applies only from your next renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before it does.

4. Your account & data

Keep the email on your account accessible: it is how you sign in and how we verify requests. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from account settings; this permanently removes your birth data, chart, Blueprint, reflections, and bonds, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may also delete accounts that have not been signed into for more than 2 years and have no active subscription; we email you at least 30 days before doing so.

5. Acceptable use

Use MoonSignal for your own personal reflection and in compliance with applicable law. You agree not to: rely on it for clinical, legal, or financial decisions; enter another person's data into Bonds without being legally permitted to do so; probe, disrupt, or circumvent security or access controls; scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content or data; reverse engineer the Service except where the law expressly permits; resell or commercially exploit the Service or its content; or use the Service to harass anyone or to create misleading "readings" presented as fact.

6. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, text, pattern content, and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service and to use your generated content (your Blueprint and readings) for personal, non-commercial purposes. Sharing your own results socially is welcome; republishing our content library is not.

Planet textures are adapted from Solar System Scope under CC BY 4.0 and converted to black and white. The Pluto and Chiron images are based on public-domain NASA mission maps: New Horizons (NASA/JHUAPL/SwRI) and Dawn (NASA/JPL-Caltech/UCLA/MPS/DLR/IDA).

7. Your content

Journal entries, reflections, and other content you create remain yours. You grant us only the limited license needed to store, process, and display that content back to you as part of operating the Service. We do not use it for advertising or to train AI models.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Service — including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Reflective content is inherently interpretive; we do not warrant that any pattern description will be accurate or applicable to you. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time; for major changes we try to give you reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for all claims is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or EUR 50. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law — including liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or your non-waivable rights as a consumer in the EU or elsewhere.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription by itself — please cancel it first (Section 3), or ask us and we will do it for you. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service, and we may discontinue the Service with reasonable advance notice. If we discontinue the Service, we refund the unused part of any period you have already paid for. Sections 6–9 and 11–13 survive termination.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service or the law changes. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. For material changes we will give you advance notice in the app or by email; continuing to use the Service after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer in the EU or another jurisdiction whose law grants you mandatory protections, you keep the protection of your local consumer law and the right to bring proceedings in your local courts. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. We prefer to resolve issues directly — please email us first.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
